Athlinks Services
Being the product of multiple purchases and a subsequent merger by parent company Life Time, Athlinks' business-to-business offerings were considerably different from an experience standpoint. It was myself and UX team's responsibility to squash the preexisting technical debt and provide a new, cohesive experience for timers and event directors.

High Fidelity Mockups
To kickoff this project and quickly validate the ideas, we decided to run several design workshops based on Jake Knapp's Sprint methodology. These are some examples of the prototypes that were developed in the workshops.
New event dashboards
A feature that has been asked for by Athlinks' timers and event directors, these dashboards allow easy customization and quick overviews of relevant data like year-over-year finances and registration.
In-Line "WYSIWYG" event landing page editor
Previously, it was a huge pain for any event organizer to adjust their event landing page without a degree in design. Our solution was to allow easy, in-line editing with a WYSIWYG style editor that is much more simple and easy to understand and use.
UX COACHING/ONBOARDING
Because the dashboards are such a change from the legacy versions, we wanted to ensure that existing users were still able to find the features they were used to as well as be able to be intuitive enough quickly onboard new users. For some of the more complex features, there is now contextual tooltips to teach new users and re-teach existing ones.
MEdia Uploader
Innovating on a very outdated Athlinks tool, we updated the media upload tool that provides an easy-to-use backend for event organizers to upload photos and video to pass onto their athletes.
